Purpose:

Content: Councillor Lidia Arciszewska, Executive Member for Environment, introduced the report, which considered and sought to approve a new policy in respect of the enforcement of Storage of Non-Motor Vehicles and Structures on the Public Highway.   Councillor Lidia Arciszewska proposed that the Executive agree the recommendations as listed on the original report. This was seconded by Councillor Andrew Prosser, was put to a vote, and was unanimously agreed by the Executive.   The Executive Resolved to: 1.    Approve the Storage of Non-Motor Vehicles and Structures on the Public Highway Policy.
