Purpose: To approve signing of the novation agreement.

Content: To approve signing of the novation agreement. To approve signing of the novation agreement, to protect the £3,500,000 funding which has already been awarded to Bassetlaw District Council in 2021 and was spent on the redevelopment of the Bridge Skills Hub. This will also allow for the ongoing monitoring of the project outputs inline with the original memorandum of understanding and prevent any claw back on the funding.
