Content: The Executive RESOLVED that   (i)            the predicted forecast for the full year outturn be noted;   (ii)          the spend and commitment against the approved capital programme up to Quarter Two for 2024/25 as well as the projected profile of spend for the year be noted;   (iii)         the proposed reprofiling of capital budgets to future years be approved; and   (iv)         the proposed mitigations for addressing the in-year forecast over spend be agreed.
