Entering into the deed of easement will allow foul sewer drainage from the adjacent property to connect into Anglia Waters pumping station. Not agreeing to this request will further delay the completion of the housing development which is delivering 24 houses to the district. A consideration payment of £24,000 + VAT will also be paid to the council creating a capital reciept. · To enter into the deed of easement with Chatsworth Homes Ltd. · Do nothing.
