Content: The exempt annexe contained costings and commercially sensitive information which is exempt from publication under paragraph 3 of Part 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972. The Cabinet returned to open session at 1:33pm. The Leader noted that Cabinet had considered the contents of the exempt annexe and took Members to a vote on the recommendations which were agreed unanimously. RESOLVED Cabinet: (i) Agreed to the Disposal of the vacant site owned by MSDC at Hammonds Ridge. and subject to that agreement agreed that: (ii) Prior to any disposal a payment is made to Wates Group Properties Ltd to remove the restrictive covenant that exists on the land.
