Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Chief Legal & Democratic Services Officer (Monitoring Officer), as contained on pages 331 to 358 of the Book of Reports, which sought approval of the revised Officer Code of Conduct, following which the Code would be adopted.   The minute of Standards Committee had been circulated.   RESOLVED: That the Officer Code of Conduct be approved and adopted forthwith.
