Content: Mr P Walton spoke in support of the application.   RESOLVED THAT COMMITTEE:   Minded to REFUSE planning permission on the grounds of:-   -           the industrial style of development is inappropriate for the site and fails to respect the character of the landscape and surrounding open countryside, in conflict with policy DMG2 of the Ribble Valley Core Strategy.   To be brought back to a future committee with draft refusal reason(s) based on the above.
