Content: The Property and Commercial Assets Manager submitted a report seeking approval to grant a new lease at Unit 2B Bexhill Road Retail Park. Under rule 13.3 the recommendations were agreed without being called for discussion. RESOLVED: That Cabinet agrees to grant a lease of Unit 2B Bexhill Road Retail on the terms set out in the Part 2 report. Reasons: The unit has been marketed and the terms of the proposed lease are considered to be the best that can reasonably be obtained.   (The Chair declared the meeting closed at 7.44pm)
