Content: Approval of the Bus Service Improvement Plan 2024-2029 (BSIP 2024) for submission to the Department for Transport (DfT) and publication of a link to it on the Council’s website. That the Bus Service Improvement Plan 2024-2029 (BSIP 2024)  be approved for submission to the Department for Transport (DfT) and a link to it be published on the Council’s website. The publication of the BSIP 2024 with a link from its website is a condition for Southend-on-Sea City Council receiving funds from the DfT for Bus Service improvements in the future. The Council could choose not to publish its Bus Service Improvement Plan 2024-2029. However, this will affect future funding from the Department for Transport on any further Bus Service Improvement work. None
