The approval of the CAT lease will support a community service provision. The decision is reserved to the City Mayor as the lease term extends over 7 years. Option of freehold disposal was discounted in favour of a continued community service provision as the existing tenant has met all conditions relating their CAT lease obligations of their existing tenancy.
