Purpose:

Content: To award a multi-supplier contract for the procurement of tree maintenance and management works on parks and green spaces across the district. Following open tendering of the contract opportunity via The Chest portal, with scoring assessment of submitted prices and the quality of the supporting documents received, nine contractors have been identified as suitable to be awarded positions on the framework for delivery of tree works on parks and green spaces across the district. Not to proceed with award of the contract at this stage, resulting in continued ad-hoc procurement of tree works and reduced standardisation/quality compliance.
