Content: To seek approval for the progression of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO), the effect of which will introduce an ‘All days 8am – 6pm 1 hour No return within 1 hour’ limited waiting parking bay on Lulworth Road, Birkdale.  Decision(s):   That the introduction of the new TRO be approved.   Reason(s) for the Decision(s):   In September 2024, the council received correspondence from iSight, an Eye Clinic based in Drayton House, 2 Lulworth Road, Southport.  The correspondence outlined difficulties the service faces both in terms of the existing limited onsite parking, the volume of appointments, daily town centre parking and access to the step free entrance point for wheelchair users and those individuals that require help and assistance when attending or leaving appointments.   Alternative Options Considered and Rejected   None
