Purpose:

Content:   Resolved: That the extension of Senior HR Business Partner Fixed Term Contract up to 31 March 2025 or until the implementation of the HR restructure be approved.   Due to the continual high demand and the need to move a number of critical projects at both Authorities as well as the continual implementation of the differing modules of the HR system there is a requirement to extend the contract of 002915 to enable the HR team to deliver the priority projects and continued operational demands across Mansfield and Ashfield.  The restructure was due to be completed by the end of 2024 however due to delays in information from Ashfield District Council the restructure has been delayed until the New Year. Not to extend however this would have a negative impact on the delivery of key projects
