Content: 1.    That the introduction of fixed point and mobile Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) enforcement of keep clear zones outside schools be approved; and   2.    That authority be delegated to the Executive Director – Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Highways, Transport and IT, to determine the location of deployment of the fixed point and mobile CCTV equipment, to be varied from time to time, based on the prioritisation process detailed in paragraph 1.4 of the report.
