Content:     1.    RESOLVED that the application for a Neighbourhood Community Grant of £3,000 from Amber Bee, as set out in paragraphs 5 - 15 of the report, be refused.   Voting: Unanimous   2.    RESOLVED that the application for a Neighbourhood Community Grant of £3,000 from ADHD Embrace, as set out in paragraphs 16 - 30 of the report, be deferred.   Voting: For – Councillors A Kirsch and Dunstone (2) Against – Councillors Ansari and Beynon (21) Abstain – Councillor Afilaka, Councillor Grocott, Councillor G Kirsch Chairs casting vote – Councillor Grocott declined to use her Chairs casting vote   3.    RESOLVED that the application for a Neighbourhood Community Grant of £3,000 from Man & Boy, as set out in paragraphs 31 - 39 of the report, be awarded.   Voting: Unanimous   4.     RESOLVED that the application for a Neighbourhood Community Grant for £3,000.00from the Sunray & Egmont Community Residents Association as set out in paragraphs 40 - 46 of the report, be amended and a grant of £1,500.00 be awarded.   Voting: Unanimous
