Content: The Executive RESOLVED that   (i)    the contents of the petition and the concern of residents regarding the condition of Old Dean Parade be noted;   (ii)   officers re-contact the owners of the vacant shops in Old Dean Parade, setting out the new powers and seeking commitments to progressing reactivation of the shops; and   (iii)  officers be invited to report back to Executive once there is evidence of the new powers being successfully implemented in other locations.
