Purpose: To consider Russell Chambers request to continue managing their caretaking and cleaning services for another 5 years under a Community Cashback Agreement.

Content: To consider Russell Chambers request to continue managing their caretaking and cleaning services for another 5 years under a Community Cashback Agreement. Consideration was given to a report of the Director of Housing Management.   DECISION –   The Cabinet Member for Better Homes is asked to:         i)         Agree to Russell Chambers Residents’ Association’s request that the Association continue to directly manage their caretaking and cleaning service for 5 years; and      ii)         Delegate authority to the Director of Housing Management to finalise the agreement with the Russell Chambers Residents’ Association.     Reasons For the reasons set out in the report.
