That the Corporate Director of Community Health and Wellbeing in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Community Health and Wellbeing:   (1)       Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in paragraph 3.8 of the accompanying report.   (2)       Approves the award of the contract for the provision of a social care case management and cloud hosting & services to Access UK Limited for three (3) years with a possible one (1) year extension in the sum of £1,587,889 (inclusive of VAT).
