Purpose: Network Rail are undertaking some track renewal works in connection with the Station Improvement Scheme and would like to use part of a plot at Central Park, adjacent to their site access, for the parking of vans and cars plus temporary site welfare facilities (cabin) and a tools cabin. The use is programmed to commence on 6th January and last for 13 weeks approximately.
