Content: The Director of Regeneration and Place has approved the entering into a contract for sale of the former Ministry of Defence, Old Hall Road, Bromborough site to Northstone Development Limited for the net sale price as referenced in paragraph 3.5 of this report. This decision enables the disposal of the site to proceed on the best terms possible, in line with resolution of the Policy and Resources Committee of 22 March 2023.
