Content: 1.     That the allocation of the identified capital funds from the Corporate Provision and Contingency for Future Programmes budget to the Energy from Waste capital programme for the fire suppression system be approved.   2.     That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Resident Services in consultation with the Director of Resident Services to approve the award of a contract to install a new fire suppression system on completion of an open market exercise.   3.     That the continuation of the use of the Council’s appointed insurers to place the annual renewal of the insurance for the EFW plant until 2027 be approved.
