Content: To enter a three-year joint contract alongside South Oxfordshire District Council with Oxford Direct Services Trading Ltd (Company Registered No 10719214) for the provision of a property compliance, maintenance support including out of hours repairs contract, for the residential properties that the councils own and lease out.   This contract will also be in place to support Community Safety repair and maintenance requirements.
