Purpose: This report seeks approval to allocate and release £76,737.39 of S106 planning obligation funding for the refurbishment of the pavilion at Cadogan sports ground.
Content: This report seeks approval to allocate and release £76,737.39 of S106 planning obligation funding for the refurbishment of the pavilion at Cadogan sports ground. RESOLVED – That developer contributions collected pursuant to the planning agreement in respect of planning permission 12/02547 Kent and Sussex Hospital totalling £76,737.39 be used to fund the refurbishment of the sports pavilion at Cadogan sports ground St John’s Road, Tunbridge Wells be approved. To agree the proposal and proceed with the project to refurbish the sports pavilion using developer contributions collected for that purpose. Do nothing and reject the request to release the funding. No conflicts of interest were declared by any Member who was consulted in respect of this decision. Cllr Lidstone provided comments in support of the use of Section 106 funds to improve the facilities which has been noted in an updated report (attached).
