Purpose: To vary and extend the procedure for allocating Lambeth Council’s Section 106 Carbon Offset Funds. This includes extending the approach up to 2028, increasing the value that can be allocated and widening the eligibility criteria to allow non-housing projects to be considered.

Content: To adopt the procedure set out in this report in allocation of S106 Carbon Offset Funding to deliver eligible decarbonisation projects and carbon savings for the council till end of 2028 and remove the current cap set at £2m.
