Purpose: Ipswich Borough Council has used IDOX Lalpac for over 20 years for it’s licensing database and online application system. The system stores the entire licensing record history for the borough.   An extension to the contract is required for the next 12 months to cover the licence used by the service area. Whilst the options for the service are evaluated and progressed.   Going forward this requirement will be rolled into the major procurement that IBC will undertake for all its ‘IT’ requirements.
