Content:   AGREED: that the contract for the supply, installation and continuous support over a 60 month period for Phase 2 of the Bus Real Time Information (RTI)  Display infrastructure to replace the remaining PMR LED RTI signs in Cardiff plus any new RTI that may be required over this period be awarded to Journeo Passenger Systems Ltd   Following the completion of compliant further tender competition process (FST) from Framework 1 (RTPI) of the SAM Framework (based on CCS terms), Journeo Passenger Systems has been deemed as most economically advantages to the Council.
