Content: That the Council will grant a new lease to expire on 31st July 2025. People Potential Possibilities have been working closely with the Council’s Housing Services, with the former occupying the room concerned at a rent agreed.  It is proposed to continue that occupation for the time being.  The Council’s interests are protected as the lease will be drafted by its Legal Services. 1.    Grant a new lease for Room 139 2.    Decline to grant a new lease
