Purpose:

Content: The Assistant Director of Finance and Digital considered the report, which established the District’s Council Tax Base for 2026.   Resolved – That pursuant to the data prepared in accordance with the prevailing legislation, the figure calculated by Mansfield District Council as its Council Tax Base for the year 2025/2026 shall be 31,290.3. That pursuant to the data prepared in accordance with the prevailing legislation, the figure calculated by the by Mansfield District Council as the Council Tax Base for the Parish of Warsop for the year 2025/2026 shall be 3,199.00. That a general exception to the normal 28-day notice period be granted to allow timely notification of the Council Tax Base to Warsop Parish Council and major preceptors.
