Purpose:
Content: 1. That the undertaking of a re-procurement of the Council’s Document Storage contract, via a compliant Framework Direct Award, to the incumbent, for commencement on 1 April 2025 for a period of five (5) years plus two (2) years with an estimated whole life value of £1.68m, be approved. 2. That authority be delegated to the Executive Director – Resources, in consultation with the Leader of the Council (Executive Councillor for Resources, Communications and Commissioning), to take all decisions necessary to conduct the procurement processes up to and including determination of the final form contract, the award and execution of the contract and any other documentation necessary to deliver the procurement.
