Purpose:

Content: The Corporate Director of Housing, Regeneration and Operations submitted a report requesting that the Licensing and Registration Panel (the Panel) determine an application for the grant of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence following the disclosure of matters requiring the consideration of the Panel. The applicant attended the meeting, along with legal representation, and confirmed that they had received a copy of the report and had read and understood it. The report was outlined at the meeting and the applicant was interviewed by the Panel.
