Purpose:

Content: The Corporate Director of Housing, Development and Growth submitted a report which requested that the Licensing and Registration Panel (the Panel) review the continuing suitability of a licence holder to hold a Private Hire Operator’s Licence following the disclosure of matters requiring the consideration of the Panel. It was reported that the licence holder had been notified of the meeting but had been remanded into custody and therefore would be unable to attend.
