Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED that Planning consent be sought to demolish the existing building at the Farm Cottage site and replace it with a structure of almost identical appearance and size. This structure will contain two flats for Social Rent, constructed to Broxtowe Borough Council’s specification.   Reason This is in accordance with the Council’s Corporate Priorities for Housing – ‘a good quality home for everyone’.
