This arrangement requirements procurement of new facilities for telephony, which are integrated with the standard MS applications being deployed.   Note: Integrated Impact Assessment not required, due to no material impact. MS teams is already in use across the whole organisation. Any impacts pertinent are not changed by this award.

Term to be 3 years with option to extend for 1 further year.
