Note: Integrated Impact Assessment not required, due to no material impact. MS teams is already in use across the whole organisation. Any impacts pertinent are not changed by this award.
Content: In regards to the future exit from the 5Cs Corporate Services contract with Capita, Havant Borough Council have engaged a new managed services provider for ICT. This arrangement requirements procurement of new facilities for telephony, which are integrated with the standard MS applications being deployed. Note: Integrated Impact Assessment not required, due to no material impact. MS teams is already in use across the whole organisation. Any impacts pertinent are not changed by this award. To undertake a direct award for services relating to the implementation of Teams Calling as a Service (TCaaS) to Exponential-e under framework RM6116. Term to be 3 years with option to extend for 1 further year.
