Purpose:
Content: To increase the existing weekly subsistence rates for families with No Recourse to Public Funds to match the asylum support rates which came into effect a while ago and to increase the additional payments made in respect of children up to the age of three as set out in the table below. These increases in No Recourse to Public Funds rates would be backdated to 1st April 2025. In future No Recourse to Public Funds subsistence rates will be maintained in line with asylum rates as announced by the Home Office.
