Purpose: Approve the Tockington Conservation Area Character Appraisal and Management Plan (CAA&MP), approve and adopt the revised Tockington Conservation Area boundary, approve any future minor (non-substantive) amendments to the documents ahead of formally publishing and notifying both the Secretary of State and Historic England, and publication of the varying of the designation of the conservation area by a notice placed in the London Gazette and a local newspaper.

Content: i)       To approve the Tockington Conservation Area Character Appraisal and Management Plan   ii)     To approve and adopt the revised Tockington Conservation Area boundary   iii)    To approve that the Executive Director - Place in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning, Regeneration and Infrastructure be given delegated authority to make any future minor (non-substantive) amendments to the documents ahead of formally publishing and notifying both the Secretary of State and Historic England, and publication of the varying of the designation of the Conservation Area by a notice placed in the London Gazette and a local newspaper.
