Content: i) To approve the inclusion of new project in the council capital programme, with a value of up to £12.6m to expand Charfield Primary School by an additional 217 primary aged pupils or just over 1 Form of Entry (FE) (210 places). ii) To delegate authority for delivery of the project to create the additional places to the Executive Director for the Department for People in consultation with Cabinet Member for Education Learning and Skills approval of the detailed scheme for procurement and development. iii) To delegate authority to the Executive Director of Resources and Business Change in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Corporate Resources, the Executive Director for the Department for People and the Cabinet Member for Children and Young People for the building programme.
