Purpose:

Content: 1.      That Lancashire County Council be advised that South Ribble Borough Council request that the Council’s views are taken fully into account as part of the processing and determination of this application.   2.      Officers would welcome further discussion and engagement with LCC as the detail is worked up and would be happy to discuss proposed layout alterations and conditions prior to the publication of the Planning Committee Report. Whilst other consultee responses are awaited South Ribble Borough Council also reserve the right to provide further comments on receipt of awaited statutory consultee responses including Highways and Education Departments.   3.      Delegation is granted to the Head of Planning and Enforcement to submit any further observations to LCC in respect of this application.
