Content: Decision made:   1.    To approve the delivery Framework for Household Support Fund 7, Version 2.   2.    To note the grant from Lancashire County Council:   a.       Household Support Fund £446,376.85[GH1]  b.     Affordable Warmth £29,289   3.    To note that the framework and budget allocations may be required to be varied and that this is delegated to the Director of Communities and Leisure in consultation with the Cabinet member for Communities and Housing, to ensure that the effective management of the funding is undertaken and discharged within the timeline of the fund.   Reasons for decision:   4.    Lancashire County Council has provided further funding towards Household Support Fund 7, since the last decision was made by the Council. The reasons for the recommendations are to enable the Council to amend the agreed programme and formally accept the full amount of allocation provided by Lancashire County Council.   Other options considered and rejected:   5.    No other options have been considered. By not accepting the funding the Council’s ability to deliver support to local residents will be significantly reduced.
