Content: The Sub-Committee considered a report which provided an update on revenue and capital expenditure, commitments and balances of Heywood Township Funds 2025/26 to assist the allocation of funds to proposed projects.   Alternatives considered: Not to allocate funds to the proposed projects - this option was not recommended as Heywood Township funds were available to allocate to projects that benefitted Heywood community and environment.   Resolved:   That the expenditure, commitments and balances of the Heywood Township Revenue and Capital Funds, as detailed in Appendices 1, 1A and 2 of the report, be noted.   That the decisions made under delegated authority, as detailed in Appendix 3 of the report be noted.   That it be noted the Head of Townships and Libraries had assessed the proposed projects to be considered for funding against the criteria of eligibility for the Heywood Township Fund, the priorities of the Township and any specific risks had been identified within Appendix 4 of the report.   That the Chair and Vice Chair of Heywood Township Committee in consultation with the Head of Townships and Libraries, be given delegated authority to make decisions on any deferred projects.   That applications for Heywood Township Funds 2024/2025 as outlined at Appendix 4 of the report be dealt with as follows:   Reference Application Decision   HE/01/25 Heywood Charities Fete 2025 Approved - £6,639.20 (Events Fund)   HE/02/25 Heywood Christmas Light Switch on 2025       Approved –   £1460.80 (Events Fund) £4510.60 (Projects Fund) HP/01/25 Functional Fitness Course Approved - £3,240 (Projects Fund)   HP/02/25 Pilsworth Road Junction Signalisation Feasibility Study Approved - £10,000 (Projects Fund)      HP/03/25 HeyKids – Nativity! Heywood Township Funds were allocated to projects that benefitted the Township’s community and environment and realised the Township priorities.
