The draft business plan was considered by the Joint Waste Committee on 24 March 2024 and approved, subject to minor amendments and formal approval by both councils. This paper seeks approval from the Cabinet Member for the Joint Waste Business Plan 2025-2026 (see Appendix A of the Cabinet Member report).
