Content: 1     To approve the findings of the Section 19 Flood Investigation Report into Storm Bert and the associated recommendations for mitigating future flood risk. 2     To acknowledge the implications of the updated Environment Agency flood risk maps (2025 Update) and support continued public engagement to raise awareness of local flood risk. 3     To ask the Executive Director – Place, to plan to produce an annual Lead Local Flood Authority report and to bring forward options for better supporting households and communities at risk of flooding for initial consideration by the Leader.
