Content: 4.1 – By the Mayor   The Mayor advised she was saddened to announce the passing of ward Councillor Robert Stewart who represented the Berkhamsted ward from May 2023 to his passing in May 2025.   The Mayor invited any reflections from Members and Cllrs Stevens, Elliott, Symington and England shared their thoughts and memories of Robert, following which the Council observed a 1 minute silence.   The Mayor then announced a new partnership with the RAF and Army Cadets and shared some insight into recent events she has attended as the Mayor of Dacorum.   Full details can be viewed via the video minutes.   4.2  By the Chief Executive   Darren Welsh advised that the by elections for Dacorum Borough Council Berkhamsted West Ward and Berkhamsted Town Council West Ward will take place tomorrow 24th July. The verification and count will be held immediately after close of poll at All Saints Church Hall.   4.3 Apologies by Group Leaders   Cllr Symington gave apologies on behalf on Cllrs Deacon, Reynolds and Freedman.   Cllr Elliot gave apologies on behalf of Cllrs Bhinder, Riddick, Barradell, A Williams and B Williams.   Cllr Mitchell gave apologies on behalf of Cllr Pesch.   The Mayor asked the Member Services Officer if there were any additional apologies; Capozzi, Pringle, Wilkie & Tindall were recorded.
