Purpose: To retender the Adult and Children’s Carers contract. The current contract ends 31st March 2026

Content: Consideration was given to a report of the Assistant Director for Commissioning of Adult Social Care and Prevention which sought endorsement to re-procure the All-Age Carers Service contract.   Resolved: That the recommendations set out in the report be approved.   Reasons for decision The decision supported the Council’s statutory duty in-line with The Care Act 2014 and The Children and Families Act 2014.
