Content: 1.      That Lancashire County Council be advised that South Ribble Borough Council request that the Council’s views are taken fully into account as part of the processing and determination of this application.   2.      Whilst other consultee responses are awaited South Ribble Council also reserves the right to provide further comments on receipt of awaited statutory consultee responses or future amendments to the scheme.   3.      Authority be delegated to the Head of Planning and Enforcement to submit any further comments to Lancashire County Council in respect of this application.
