Content: Councillor Edwards was not present for the full consideration of this item, and was therefore unable to take part in the debate or decision for this application. Members were advised of an update in relation to Flood Risk and Drainage. Following publication of the report, the applicant had submitted additional documents which provided results of water sample analysis. Condition 2 was therefore proposed to be amended to include an additional plan, which provided the precise routing of culverts within the site based on latest surveys. Members received representation from Jordan Clark, Santec speaking as the Agent for the application. Henry Trimmer, Brookfield Properties (Applicant), Grant Verster, I&L Consulting (Flood Risk & Drainage) (Consultant) and Mike Lancaster, i-Transport (Highways) (Consultant) were available to answer specific questions.
