Content: Decision made:   To appoint Eric Wright Construction Ltd on a JCT Design & Build contract to enable the delivery of Stage 2 of the Market Square and Commercials package to RIBA Stage 7.   To approve a client contingency to cover unforeseen costs or risks that may arise during construction.   To acknowledge the overall cost of delivering the scheme, which comprises the Pre-Construction Services Agreement.   To acknowledge that Stage 1 appointment of the Market Square & Commercials package was approved via Executive Member Decision in December 2024 following a competitive tender exercise via North West Construction Hub framework.   To acknowledge that a further report will be presented outlining the proposed delivery of the Section 278 works along Hough Lane.   Reasons for recommendations:   Outlined in the report.   Other options considered and rejected:   Outlined in the report.
