Purpose:

Content: The Corporate Director of Housing, Regeneration and Operations submitted a report requesting that the Licensing and Registration Panel (the Panel) determine an application for the grant of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence following the disclosure of matters requiring the consideration of the Panel. The applicant attended the meeting, along with a family member for support, and confirmed that they had received a copy of the report and had read and understood it. The report was outlined at the meeting and the applicant was interviewed by the Panel.
