Content: This report provides the budget monitoring position at the end of quarter one 2025/26. RESOLVED – that the Executive agreed to:   1) Note the Revenue Budget Forecast as at Q1 2025/26 at Annex 1 2) Note the Outstanding Debt Summary as at Q1 2025/26 at Annex 2 3) Note the Capital Budget Forecast as at Q1 2025/26 at Annex 3 4) Note the Treasury Management Prudential Indicators at Annex 4 5) Note the recommendation to allocate £0.316m to the Capital Programme   And Recommended that Council:   1) Approve the allocation of £0.316m to the Capital Programme at Annex 3.1
