Purpose:

Content: The Licensing Sub-Committee met to consider an application for the review of a premises licence under Section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003. The review was requested by Licensing Services, Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s Licensing Authority following continued breaches of Premises Licence conditions, following a review of the licence held in January 2025. The Sub-Committee was informed that since the publication of the agenda, negotiations had been ongoing between Licensing Services, and the premises and additional conditions had been agreed.  In addition, further conditions proposed by the premises to address specific issues previously raised were also suggested.  All parties were given an opportunity to address the Licensing Sub-Committee, and it was:
