Content: Resolved: (Unanimously)   1. That Cabinet approve and endorse the drafted strategy and agree to proceed to formal consultation with stakeholders and residents. 2. That Cabinet delegates to the Cabinet Member (Leisure, Health and Wellbeing) in consultation with the Director of Communities and Leisure the final sign off and implementation following consultation with partners and communities. 3. To note that if there are significant changes following consultation that final sign off will be referred back to Cabinet.
